John G. Symeonides, MD, CMD, FAAFP, FASAM
Dr. John Symeonides practices medicine in Flagler. Volusia, and St. Johns counties since 2001. He is a Certified Medical Director, a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Symeonides received the American Geriatrics Society Physician Recognition Award.
His other Board Certifications include Sleep Medicine, Nutrition, Addiction Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
Dr. Symeonides attended medical school at the University of Athens and completed his family practice residency training at a Michigan State University affiliated program. He is Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Central Florida Medical School. Dr. Symeonides is the President-elect of the Florida Society of Addiction Medicine.

Simon T. Symeonides, MD
Dr. Simon Symeonides practices medicine in Florida since 2004. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Advocate Ravenswood Medical Center and fellowships in Critical Care Medicine at Rush University Medical Center, Infectious Disease at Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University, as well as a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the St Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Simon Symeonides specializes in Infectious Disease Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.

Uzziel B. Jivcu, MSN, FNP-BC
Uzziel Jivcu received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. She is ANCC Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who holds a nursing license in Florida. She has volunteered her time as a nurse at numerous Medical Missions to places like Haiti, Uganda, Guatemala, and Argentina. Uzziel also speaks fluent Tagalog/Filipino.

Jennifer Doolan received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science from Adelphi University, NY and her graduate Master of Science degree from Stony Brook University, NY. Jennifer maintains national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in direct patient care.
She is a motivated professional with a commitment to providing high-quality care which includes health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic care management and health education.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading and relaxing at the beach.
